Changes in Hardware Settings

1. Disable fast start-up: Control Panel > Power options > Choose what power buttons do > Turn off fast start-up (not good for computer health) and enable hibernate button (also not recommended)

2. Put CPU to high performance: Control Panel > Power options > Create a power plan > High performance (if req) > change plan settings > change advanced power settings > Processor power management: put minimum 10 and max 99.

3. Run this command: sysdm.cpl System properties > Advanced > performance >adjust for best performance > custom. Keep Peek and smooth edges checked. (Another path, Settings > System > About > System Protection)

4. Task scheduler: Expand Task Schedular Library in left panel. Right click on individual task > Properties > Triggers > Edit or disable if not required.

1. Never disable unwanted services. Keep them on manual mode so that whenever required, they can be summoned into action. Disable: Assigned access manager, bitlocker drive, Bluetooth services, Connected user experience and telemetry, diagnostic services, geolocation, Game DVR, Netlogon, Parental control, Phone services, Program compatibility assistent service , Sensor service, Smart card services, sysmain, wallet service, windows biometric, work folder, widows update delivery optimization service, windows mobile hotspot service, all xbox services , Windows error reporting service,

   While copy-pasting in word, an irritating icon comes up very often. To get rid of it: File > Options > Advanced > Scroll down to the Cut, copy, and paste section > Uncheck the box labeled:“Show Paste Options button when content is pasted.”OK.

k. Colors settings: Choose Custom. Windows mode: Dark App mode: Light . Automatically pick accent color. Show accent color on: Start, task, Title … all.

l. To check the status of the internal drive, Download CrystalDiskInfo Standard Edition. Run it (no install needed if you choose portable). Check the health status box: Good (Blue) → Drive is fine, Caution (Yellow) → Drive starting to fail, Bad (Red) → Replace drive ASAP

How CHATgpt solved my problem of slow dongle speed:

1. Run in cmd:

▪ If this fails → your PC is not even talking to the dongle (driver/USB issue).

▪ If this works but internet is dead → routing issue inside Windows.

4.  In another instance, changing DNS server in IPV4  properties increased the speed dramatically. Use Google (8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4) or Cloudflare (1.1.1.1, 1.0.0.1) server IPs for preferred and alternate.

5. To take care of multiple problems associated with network: Resetting the network: Settings → Network & Internet → Advanced network settings → Network reset

6. Power Settings: Go to Device Manager → USB Root Hub. Uncheck:“Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power”

7. Clean browser cache.

GETTING OUT OF AUTOMATIC REPAIR LOOP

1. Go to troubleshoot and open command prompt and run following commands one by one:

bootrec /fixmbr, bootrec /fixboot, bootrec /scanos, chkdsk /f /r/ c: ,exit and continue to OS

2. System restore

3. Startup settings > restart > press F4 > safe mode. Rt click C drive > disc cleanup > delete temp files

4. Use recovery USB to boot into os and then use system image USB to restore everything. 

WHEN THE ELECTRICITY CUT DISRUPTS THE PC ABRUPTLY:

When you start the CPU, you may be asked to press F1 to run Boot setup because sudden shutdown may temporarily confuse the BIOS about which drive to boot from. In BIOS, check Boot Order in Boot Priority menu Windows Boot Manager or your main SSD/HDD must be the first. You can drag it with mouse and then save the changes. System restore or sfc /scannow  won't fix boot issues.

Summary of Medicines

Alpha Lipoic Acid: The only antioxidant which is water and fat soluble. Regarded as versatile because of its ability to neutralize free radicles and regenerate other antioxidants. Neuropathy includes various nervous symptoms starting from tingling (pins &needles), numbness to excruciating pains. Has cured restless legs, spasticity of MS, bowel and bladder control. Brings down blood sugar level when night food is taken early. Blepharospam? SE: Unusual smell to urine 600 – 1800 mg/day

Amm mur: Action on mucus memb (coryza, leucorrhoea), fibrous tissue (drawing contracting pain), constipation, sciatica (< motion), has cured skin eruptions when other remedies failed.

Astaxanthin: 12 – 36 mg/day Most potent antioxidant, anti-inflammatory. Much more potent than vitamin C, E or even steroids. Specific for sunburns and arthritic pains which are inflammatory in nature. Has averted joint replacements, cured ichthyosis, autoimmune diseases like vasculitis of humans and animals. Improves vision. SE: gynaecomastia..?

Aurum met: Necrosis eg hairfall, ulcers, sinus abscess usually associated with foul smell. Profound melancholia. Has cured severe pains when morphin failed.

Calcium: Available in carbonate, phosphate, citrate, lactate, pyruvate forms with bio availability around 20-30%. Calcium pyruvate cured lactic acidosis like magic in a case which baffled doctors for years. Tiredness, heaviness, quick and shallow ventilation. Glutathione: Mitochondria are rich in Glutathione which is all about energy. Also called the fountain of youth, age regressor. Memory enhancer. Known to produce deep sleep and a refreshing feeling of energy. Skin beautifying agent. The Glutathione reserves deplete with increasing age. The ratio of oxidised glutathione to reduced glutathione indicates cellular oxidative stress. Supplement: 600 – 1200 mg

Glycine: One of the 3 amino acid required for glutathione synthesis. Imparts natural sleep without grogginess next day. The effect depends upon no. of doses and timing taken before sleep. Eg In the afternoon and early evening it will produce best calming effect. When combined with NAC, it will produce good effects for OCD and anxiety. Another important use in the healing of connective tissue injury, tendinitis. It is cheaper than glucosamine and more effective. Dose: 1 to 3 gm

Hyperpigmentation: Causes – Oestrogen, cortisol, blood sugar, metabolic syndrome

Hydrogen peroxide: Oxygen donor. Nebulize 3% H2O2 three times a day to get immediate improvement in blood oxygen.

Magnasium: RDA/supplement: 300 – 400 mg (wt in kg x 5). Mg chloride, citrate, glycenate have good bio-availibility. In the opinion of Dr Thomas Levy, Mg is the most important in the body because, it will keep antioxidents in reduced state and it will not allow Calcium to come inside a cell. That’s why, nothing compensates for Mg deficiency. Ca is carcinogenic. In intracellular concentration of Mg is 10000 times more than extracellular and vice versa for Calcium. For anxiety, sleep, constipation, (~ carci), cramps, migraine. Best action when taken at night. Laxative effect could be a side effect. Mg is the first medicine to be given in seizure because a seizure is triggered by Calcium influx inside cell which can be antagonisted by Mg only.

N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC): This essential amino acid increases energy, focussing power, attention. Has cured blepharospasm, eye tics. Excellent effect in anxiety disorders, OCD like nail biting etc. It is precursor of glutathione. Supplement: 600 – 1200 mg

L-Taurine: Strengthening effect on nerves and calming effect on brain. Taken during the day, boosts energy and taken in the evening (with Mg, L-Tryptophan), promotes peaceful sleep, although the effect wears away after stopping of L-Taurine. Chronic pain of damaged nerves. Supplement: 1000 mg bd

L-Tyrosine: 500 – 2000 mg/day. Precursor of dopamine, epinephrine, T3T4TSH. Mood elevator. It elevates the mind up from depressed mood and creates an interest in the life. Because it gives quick energy, it curbs sugar cravings and helps reduce the weight also.

Lugols iodine: Dr. Elizabeth Bright. Normal person: 4 drops of 5%Lugol’s. Fibroid, cysts

PCOD: Hormonal imbalance. Hyperinsulinemia: frequent desire to eat, sugar craving, Estrogen excess: Fibroids, endometriosis, Progesteron excess: ovarian cysts, bloating, breast tenderness and heaviness, Other symptoms: mood swings, amenorrhoea, dysmenorrhoea, Myo-inositol+D-Chloro: 40:1 ratio Dose: 2000 to 8000 mg/day Symptommes rebound after stoppage, so diet control is essential.

Potassium (citrate): Specific for nocturnal cramps, uncontrollable blood pressure, even the preeclampsia. Prevention of renal calculi. Quercetin: A powerful anti-inflammatory and mast cell stabilizer, hence used in hay fever, allergies, RA, autoimmune diseases. It promotes wakefulness unlike anti-histaminics.  500 mg bd.

Radium brom: Craving for fresh air, better in open air – with every complaint. It is Rhus tox of nitrogenoid constitution. Aggravation late afternoon, right side. Lichen sclerosus (white thickened itchy patches, burning < heat), vaat symptoms aggravated by motion and heat. Rhematism. Wasting due to nitrogenous excretion from the kidneys. Marked vertigo.  

Selenium: Indispensable supplement in hypothyroidism, required to convert T4 to T3. Selenium deficiency is evident as white ridges on the nails.
